At Asaadi Supermarket, our policy for returns is simple. Whilst we strive to offer the best in quality and service, we do understand that sometimes customers may ask for returns and refunds, or exchanges, these are accepted if:
- the item is delivered with ripped packaging or other damage.
- the item does not meet customer’s quality expectations.
- your order had out of stock items.
- the goods delivered are found faulty within a 7 day period.
Please remember to keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
